Happy December!

We got a brand new tree this year with a few new decorations. We were so excited about it that we just couldn't wait to put it up - so here it is!

Luckily, we were able to use Carl's time off before Thanksgiving wisely, so 95% of our presents are purchased and wrapped! Certainly a first for me. And, it is a good thing that we did. I knew that the December calendar would fill up fast, and it has. So far, we have at least 6 different holiday parties, 2 cookie exchanges and various other events to attend throughout the month. I'm definitely not complaining. I love any excuse to celebrate. And with the shopping out of the way, we can focus on the fun stuff. Happy, happy holidays everyone!
