We attended the annual Halloween Party for
WUMCHA on Saturday. It is one of the events that I look forward to every year. As you may recall, I could not be there last year since I was in the hospital with little William. William has a cold right now so Carl (who also has a cold) had to stay home with him...maybe next year William will finally be able to go! Lily and I made the most of our time there, partying from beginning to end!!
Our little Gretel (minus her Hansel) with her balloon butterfly
The spread
Party-goers
Dancing to fun, spooky songs
The little ones enjoying the baby area
Some of the adults got into the spirit of the day too!
How sweet is this costume?!
Molly and one seriously cute bumblebee
Gretel gets a sparkly candy design on her forehead
Everybody loves body art!
Dancing the day away
Lily playing the ping pong game. (We brought the games - saved from Lily's 3rd birthday party.)
The lollipop tree (we went ahead and bought new lollipops)
Mini duck pond
Doing a victory dance at the bean bag toss game. She played twice and was three for three - once left-handed and once right-handed!
Lily's jack-o-lantern this year. Carl and Lily have started the tradition of Lily first drawing the design on paper and then Carl helping her carve it. This year's design features freckles and a loose tooth! :)
